How About A ‘Goose Parade’ in Rochester?

Rochester is well-known for its Canadian Geese.   But we’re not the only place in the world with famous geese. In the Netherlands, they have a tradition which is called “De Ganzenfanfare” or ‘goose parade’.  Every Saturday morning at 8am, the citizens of Amsterdam are treated to a parade of geese, complete with a drum major.

Perhaps this is something we should look into doing right here in Rochester.    Or am I just a “silly goose” for even suggesting the idea?
