Is CeeLo Happy He Turned Down “Happy”?

Pharrell Williams chart-topping hit “Happy” is the song-of-the-year so far.   But did you know that it could have been a hit for CeeLo Green?  Pharrell penned the song and offered it to CeeLo who passed on it.  Pharrell ended up recording the song himself and the rest is history.   Does CeeLo have any regrets?  You might be surprised by his answer.
