Guilty Pleas Entered by Chatfield Man Accused of Child Sex Abuse
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester-area man has admitted repeatedly sexually abusing two young children.
43-year-old Kenneth Archer Holt has entered guilty pleas to two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. In exchange, prosecutors have agreed to drop another four counts of the same charge.
The Chatfield man was arrested in June 2022 after a Rochester Police Investigator spoke with both victims. Court documents say one of the girls indicated the sexual assaults began when she was seven or eight years old in 2016 and occurred multiple times per week until 2020 when she was 11 or 12 years old.
The other victim told police Holt began sexually abusing her when she was in third or fourth grade in approximately 2014 and that the assaults continued until 2020. According to the criminal complaint, the acts of abuse occurred at homes in Rochester and Chatfield.
Holt is scheduled to be sentenced in May.
