
27-Year-Old Driver Injured in Rollover Crash at Slick Rochester Interchange
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A crash at a slick Rochester interchange sent a Kasson man to the hospital on Sunday.

He was driving the only vehicle involved. Two teenagers and a woman were riding with him.
The State Patrol responded to the single-vehicle crash shortly before 2 p.m.

27-Year-Old Kasson Man Injured in Crash at Hwy. 52 Interchange in Rochester
A pick-up truck was entering northbound Hwy. 52 from 19th St. NW when the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to roll, the state crash report says.
27-year-old Shamar Kenneth Blunt was identified as the driver of the pick-up. He was brought to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol says.
Two 14-year-old girls and a 15-year-old girl were riding with Blunt.
The State Patrol says the passengers were not injured. Alcohol was not involved in the crash.
The State Patrol also says it’s not known if Blunt and his passengers were buckled up.
There was snow and ice on the roadway at the time of the crash, according to the state crash report.
The Rochester Police Department, Rochester Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the crash.
