31-year-old Alex Misael Huerta-Sanchez has been indicted on one count of enticement of a minor. He was residing in Faribault at the time of the indictment.
Federal court documents allege he attempted to entice a person under the age of 18 into engaging in sexually explicit conduct on March 14.

The federal judge presiding over the case ordered Huerta-Sanchez to remain in custody pending further proceedings. He is currently being held in the Sherburne County Jail in Elk River.
The incident is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bloomington Police Department and Department of Homeland Security. His next court appearance has not yet been announced.
