Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - An arrest warrant issued more than two and a half years ago has finally brought a New Jersey man back to Olmsted County to face child sexual assault charges.

Charges filed in November 2023

The criminal complaint against 28-year-old Quinn Andrew Pringle of Jersey City, New Jersey, was filed in Olmsted County Court in November 2023. It charges him with one count each of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The arrest warrant for Pringle was issued in December 2023 after he failed to appear in court for his formal arraignment on the charges.

Victim Reported the Assaults Began When She Was a Toddler

According to the charges, Pringle is accused of sexually assaulting the victim, beginning in Kentucky when she was a toddler and he was approximately 13 years old. The victim told investigators the sexual abuse continued over the next seven years, with the last incident occurring in Rochester in 2018.

Investigation Started in 2021

Court documents indicate the investigation that led to the felony charges against Pringle began in December 2021, when a report was made to Olmsted County Child Protective Services by a mandatory reporter.

$5000 Bail

Following his arraignment today, conditional bail for Pringle was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to return to court for another hearing late next month.
