The charges were later amended to include two counts of third-degree murder and 12 counts of criminal vehicular operation following a review of additional evidence.

On Wednesday Bailey pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree murder – depraved mind and three counts of criminal vehicular operation – great bodily harm.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in July. The plea agreement calls for a sentence ranging from 25-30 years in prison, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office says.
