
Update: 30-Year-Old Man Found Safe, RPD Says
Update: He has been located and is safe, police say.
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department is looking for a person who was last seen asking for help Thursday morning.

A post on the department’s Facebook page indicates he is not properly dressed for the bitter-cold weather.
Police identified the man on Thursday morning.

Rochester Police Looking For Underdressed 30-Year-Old Man Seeking Help in Northwest Rochester
Rochester police say the individual approached a home near John Marshall High School in the 3900 block of 16 Ave NW and asked for help.
Police say he was not wearing a coat or shoes in the sub-zero temperatures. He left the residence northbound on 16th Ave. NW before anyone could call emergency responders for help, police say.
Police identified the man as 30-year-old Dalton Barry. He is as having shoulder-length red hair and was wearing a T-shirt and jeans in photos released by law enforcement.
Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson said Barry stated he had been beaten up when he arrived at the home.
Barry not wearing a coat or shoes in the frigid temperatures prompted additional concern for his safety, Grayson said.
Anyone with information about Barry’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact dispatch at 507-328-6800.
