
Police Identify Rochester Stabbing Suspect, Share Victim’s Status
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Police Department has shared new information about a stabbing that occurred in the city Monday morning.

The suspect’s identity and an update on the victim’s condition were released on Tuesday morning. No charges have been filed as of Tuesday morning.
Police responded to the stabbing at an apartment in the 3400 block of Kenosha Dr. in northwest Rochester around 9:40 Monday morning.
Police reported Monday afternoon that officers found one person suffering from stab wounds. Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson also said that one person was taken into custody.

Rochester, MN Police Department Identifies Stabbing Suspect, Release Stabbing Victim's Status
On Tuesday, Grayson identified the person arrested as 25-year-old Eric Fields. Olmsted County Adult Detention Center Records indicate he was booked into jail shortly before 1:45 p.m. Monday.
Grayson said the victim, described as a 31-year-old man, is still alive. An update on the severity of his stab wounds is not available and his name has not been released.
Police said Monday that the two men knew each other. The case was still under investigation as of Monday afternoon, according to Rochester police.
