
Several Southeast Minnesota Fire Agencies Fight Rural Shed Fire
Lake City, MN (KROC-AM News)- A shed fire in rural Lake City Tuesday afternoon required a response from multiple fire agencies in the region.

The Lake City Fire Department says crews were dispatched to the report of a shed fire on Wabasha County Rd. 5 in the western outskirts of Lake City. The first crews to arrive reported finding a large shed that was housing vehicles fully involved with a fire.
Firefighters contained the fire spread, however the structure suffered significant damage. Officials say the building was unoccupied at the time of the blaze.
One minor injury was reported. A damage estimate and cause of the fire are not available.
The Wabasha Fire Department. Zumbro Falls Fire Department, Lake City Ambulance, Lake City Police, Lake City Streets and Parks, Wabasha County Sheriff's Office and especially Glander Excavating also responded to the blaze.
