Dodge Center, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Dodge County Sheriff's Office is reporting that a married couple was arrested Friday afternoon in connection with a child sexual abuse investigation.
Sheriff Scott Rose says 48-year-old Cesar Avardo Solis was taken into custody at his place of employment in Blooming Prairie, while 41-year-old Jazmin Sifuentes-Moreno was arrested at the couple's residence in Dodge Center. A news release says they are both being held at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center on suspicion of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving the victim under the age of 13.
Details concerning the investigation that led to the arrests will not be disclosed until formal charges are filed next week.

Sheriff Rose also indicated that his office has fielded several inquiries asking if Immigration and Customs Enforcement were involved. He says his office's investigators were using both unmarked and marked law enforcement vehicles and that ICE agents were not involved in the investigation or the arrests.
