Two Gunshot Victims Found Dead in Suburban Minnesota Home

A day after reporting a murder in the parking lot of a suburban Cub Foods Store, the Anoka County Sheriff's Office today reported the apparent shooting deaths of two people

A statement from the Sheriff's Office says deputies were sent to a home in the city of Andover around 6:30 this morning to investigate a report of two people inside the residence were not breathing. First responders found a man and woman dead inside the house from apparent gunshot wounds.

The Sheriff's Office indicated none of the other occupants of the house were hurt. The investigation is ongoing, but officials have indicated there is no threat to the public.

The names of the victims have not been released. Their remains have been delivered to the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office for autopsies to determine the manner and cause of death.
