“One of the Hardest Messages We’ve Written”: Rochester Coffee & Tea Shop Shares Emotional Goodbye
This decision comes with deep sadness. Rising costs and steadily low sales have made it impossible for us to continue in the way we had hoped. We have fought for this little shop with everything we had, but the reality is that we can no longer keep our doors open.
The owners of a Rochester coffee and tea shop have announced their location will be closing soon. The announcement on social media included a warm thank you to customers and extended an invitation to everyone to take advantage of discounted items.

Rochester’s Apoth-A-Teas Announces Storefront Closure After Two Years
"To those of you who have supported us—whether you stopped in regularly, brought friends, shared our posts, or simply encouraged us—you have meant the world to us."
Apoth-A-Teas, located at 1208 7th St NW in Rochester, is an herbal tea and coffee shop that offers loose-leaf teas, herbs, and coffee.
The business updated customers online with a note saying the physical location would be closing soon. "This is one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to write. After two years of pouring our hearts into our herbal coffee, tea, and apothecary shop, we must share that we will be closing our storefront."
Owners say rising costs and slumping sales made it impossible to keep their doors open, but said their products will continue to be available online.
Although our physical location will be closing, this is not the end of our journey. We fully expect to continue offering many of our products online, and we hope you’ll stay connected with us as we transition into this next chapter. Your support has carried us this far, and we would be honored to continue sharing our blends and creations with you.
Sales are currently being posted on the company's Facebook page.
