I always find it so funny how defensive we can be about the grocery store or stores we shop at. For example, if you shop at Costco, you shake your head at the people who shop at Sam's and vice versa.

I have my usual round of grocery stores I hit up each week: Costco, then Aldi, then Fresh Thyme. Don't come for me, Sam's Club people.

The best grocery store chain in the US for 2026 is Trader Joe's! Good thing we've got one in Rochester.

Trader Joe's actually took the top spot from Publix this year.

I don't shop at Trader Joe's enough. I think I've maybe been in one once... I know! This is a sign that it's time for me to go back.
