Rochester's Saints on Second Reopens with New Look & Fresh Menu

From the unexpected closures of Mill Valley Kitchen and Stir Fry Express to big news like The Pondy moving to Rochester and construction updates on 7-Brew Coffee, the food scene has been moving fast lately.

Now, we have another major update to add to the list: a longtime local favorite that’s been closed for renovations has officially reopened with a brand-new look and a refreshed menu.

Saints on Second in Rochester Reopens With New Look and Menu

Saints on Second, a favorite of mine for happy hour and small plates, is located inside the Courtyard by Marriott directly across from Mayo Clinic’s Saint Marys Campus.

The restaurant has been closed since March for renovations. Minneapolis-based Shea Design led the project which resulted in a fresh new look for the dining area and bar.

"The restaurant guests will walk into is dramatically different from what they remember, and we are excited for Rochester to experience what it has become," said Preston Lougheed, Vice President of Operations for Terratron, Inc.

What’s New on the Menu at Saints on Second?

According to the restaurant's website options will include made-from-scratch favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

New Appetizers & Small Plates
Gourmet Burgers & Sandwiches
Fresh Salads, Pasta, and Seafood
Steaks & Rotating Chef Specials

And, don't worry their famous Sticky Chicken Sandwich isn't going anywhere.

The updated bar will include signature cocktails, craft beer, wine, and spirits
