Just because we're grown-ups doesn't mean we don't like to have a good time! Sometimes it's fun to be able to go out with friends, fellow grown-up family members, or co-workers just to have fun together. So I compiled a list, a one-stop-shop of sorts, of places you can go in Rochester, Minnesota for a fun get-together.

Any Brewery

We have some great breweries in Rochester! There's Little Thistle, Kinney Creek, LTS, Forager, and Thesis Beer Project. Also, just outside of Rochester are Chaotic Good Brewing and SouthxSoutheast. No matter which one you go to there's great beer, snacks for purchase (a lot times there are pizzas or a food truck too), and games that you can grab and play while you're there.

The Workshop Food Hall

This is quite the unique place and my husband and I love it. They have different "booths" serving a variety of food. If someone wants tacos, they have it. If someone else wants a burger, they've got that too. There's also trivia night, karaoke night, and plenty of other fun activities that they do throughout the week.

They have lots of arcade games to take you back and maybe get a little competitive with. There's also axe throwing, which is super fun!

If you're looking for a restaurant on the fancier end, Sorellina's by the Apache Mall is great. They have good food, drinks, and I love the modern look.

Board and Brush

This is for the people who like DIY projects. You don't have to be good at it because there's an instructor there with you but Board and Brush offers lots of different projects and you can bring drinks with as well.

For a more casual restaurant check out The Tap House, either the downtown location or the west end location. The west end has a great patio and the downtown location has a super cool rooftop patio.

Crave

Crave has a really cool sort of rooftop spot. It's not at the top of their downtown building but it's close. During the winter or when the weather is bad the windows are closed but during nice weather days, they're open and it's beautiful. They also have drag brunches!
