I am obsessed with stumbling across unique homes around Rochester. No, I am not currently shopping for a nearly 7,000-square-foot mansion (I wish!), but it is just so much fun to see the incredible architecture tucked away in our own backyard.

And this latest find? It might be one of the coolest properties I’ve seen in a long time.

One of my absolute favorite features has to be the outdoor sport court. Imagine playing a game of pig, hosting epic pickleball tourney, or just letting the kids run completely wild without ever leaving your property. Talk about a dream come true.

But honestly, the sport court is just the beginning.

This home is jam packed with thoughtful character like enormous windows, warm wood tones, beautiful arches, incredible fireplaces, and custom built-ins everywhere you look. It even has a private library and a full walkout basement with theater seating and a billiards area. This is definitely not your standard cookie-cutter listing.

What really seals the deal for me, though, is how hidden it feels. If you drove by, you’d probably never even know this place was sitting back there. Surrounded by 5.5 acres of mature trees, but it’s somehow only seven minutes from downtown.

This is the kind of property that completely makes you forget you’re still in Rochester, and I just adore everything about it.
