It's a dream come true for employees but a complete nightmare for the owner and customers when an entire store staff quits simultaneously.

I like to think I've got a pretty cool job but it is far from perfect. There have been a few times in my career when I just wanted to walk out and quit. I would say it's a safe bet that pretty much everyone has felt that way sometime in their life.

I'm sorry to tell you this but there is no such thing as a perfect job. It doesn't matter what it is. There's always going to be something that you're not going to like about it even if it's just one little thing.

Unfortunately, some jobs are just bad. You spend the majority of the time complaining with your co-workers about the problems. After work, you have a few drinks and think we should all quit together with one big walkout. That would screw the company. Of course, it's just a dream and you never do it. Well, a group of employees in Wisconsin actually did it.

Entire Staff At Wisconsin Store Quit At Same Time

The walkout happened just a couple of days ago at a Dollar General store in Mineral Point. When customers started showing up to do some shopping, the doors were locked and the place was closed even though it was during regular business hours.

Even though they all quit, the staff did leave a sign on the door to let everyone know what was going on. The note explained that they felt underpaid, overworked, and under-appreciated in less-than-ideal working conditions. The store did eventually open later that day but I'm guessing the managers were handling the duties.

That group of employees was living the dream for workers all over the world. Good for them. Hopefully, they get what they deserve or at least find a better job. I think I need to have a meeting with my co-workers. Just kidding.
