Everything You Need to Know About the 2nd Annual Lace Up For Hope 5k and 1 mile in Rochester, Minnesota

Run, jog, walk, or chat the entire time with a friend - you decide how you want to tackle the 5k or 1 mile distance during this family-friendly event.

All proceeds from Lace Up For Hope will support The Landing MN and its continuing efforts to provide a soft place to land for those experiencing homelessness within our community.

When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026
Where: Little Thistle Brewing, Rochester, MN (Get Directions)
Event Details:
- 7:45 am - 8:45 am - Same day packet pick up & registration
- 9:00 am - 5k Race Start
- 9:15 am - Walk start
- After the race - enjoy a free scoop of ice cream from Flapdoodles and use your free drink token from Little Thistle (both need to be redeemed that morning at the event).
