Learn How To Make Chunky Blankets At Rochester Winery

I'm the lover of all things farmhouse style and on the top of my list of things I want and need are...chunky blankets.  I already have the vision in my head of which couch it will be placed on, how warm it will be as I cuddle with it while I watch movies, and I already know what color it should be.  What I lack is the talent to make one.  I saw a class though that got me super excited because a winery in Rochester is ready to teach me (and you!).

If you’ve never knitted before, now is the time to give it try! You’ll use nothing but a flat surface in front of you, your own two hands and your ball of yarn for this class (no knitting needles are needed). Chunky Hand Knit Blankets at Salem Glen Winery

• When: January 24th.  I hear another class is happening too and details are coming.
• Where:  Salem Glen Winery at 5211 60th Ave. SW in Rochester
• What: Instructors will give step-by-step directions to make a beautiful blanket using Modern Knit Co.'s chunky chenille yarn.  The blanket will measure approximately 30(w) x 50(l).  You even get to pick the yarn color.
