Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester Police arrested a man Monday night on felony charges stemming from an incident that occurred Sunday evening at the mosque on North Broadway.

A spokesman says Abbas Abdirahman Mohamed is accused of trying to stab another man with a knife. Witnesses reported he became agitated while waiting in line for food and first threw a chair at the volunteer server before he pulled out the knife.

Officials say Mohamed had fled the scene by the time officers arrived, but he was spotted Monday night at another location and was found in possession of four steak knives.
