There has been quite a bit of discussion around the idea of keeping Minneapolis bars open until 4 a.m. next year during Super Bowl weekend. Now, some Minnesota Legislators have decided to push for a year-round statewide change. What do you think?

I'm not going to lie, I can't even make it to 2 a.m. anymore. I mean that's WAY past my bedtime.

If this does pass, when would it start? They're saying that the Super Bowl weekend will be a test run.

How likely is it that it'll pass?

"The Minnesota Legislature debated for years over permitting bars to stay open until 2 a.m., an hour later than the longtime 1 a.m. closing time. Lawmakers approved the extended hour in 2003 only after leaders cut a deal to put in place a fee that would help fund state troopers’ salaries." - Pioneer Press.

Meanwhile, the Sunday liquor sale ban will be voted on again next week.
