
Massive Drug Seizure Reported Following Police Raid of Rochester Home

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Rochester police seized a lengthy list of drugs during a search at a Rochester home last week.

That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court on Friday.
Investigators executed the search warrant at the home on Thursday and seized over 3,000 grams of suspected drugs, the complaint indicates.

Rochester Police Seize Cocaine, Meth, Ketamine and Other Drugs Following Raid of Rochester Home
33-year-old John Tanner Rysted is charged with one count each of first-degree drug possession, first-degree drug sales, second-degree drug possession and first-degree possession of edible cannabis.
The charges say investigators seized the following drugs from Rysted’s northwest Rochester residence.
68.3 grams of cocaine
30 grams of ketamine
35 grams of methamphetamine
233 doses of LSD
66.4 grams of MDMA ecstasy
52 grams of psilocybin mushrooms
1,700 grams of marijuana wax
1,400 grams of cannabis.
During the search officers also seized a digital scale with residue on it, a large quantity of packaging materials and capsules, three rifles and a pistol, the charges say.
Police seized the firearms due to their proximity with the guns, the court document says.
Rysted made his first court appearance on Friday morning. Court records indicate he posted his $50,000 bail and is due back in court next month.
