Police Say Rochester Man Advertised Drug Sales on Facebook
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested on a felony drug sales charge after police executed a search warrant in connection with an investigation started by the U.S. Postal Service.
Police Captain John Sherwin says postal inspectors had identified a number of suspicious packages from Colorado that were delivered to a Rochester residence, which led to a search on Friday at 1911 Viking Drive, unit 39. Investigators seized about 50 grams of the drug.
Sherwin says the man arrested at the residence, 30-year-old David Baca, had been spreading the word about his alleged marijuana business on Facebook.
