Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester business was robbed Wednesday during the bomb scare incident at the Crossroads Shopping Center.  And it took place - at the Crossroads Shopping Center.

Police received a 911 call around 2 p.m. from the Fish and Pets store, which is located on the west end of the retail complex.

A man armed with a knife entered the store and demanded money. He took money from the cash register and then fled on foot out the back door.  

Officers spotted the suspect walking about a block away and arrested him. He has been identified as 39 year old Chad Hatton, who is facing an aggravated robbery charge.

 Police suspect Hatton was not aware of  the bomb scare incident when he robbed the store.
