The Rochester Conservancy is celebrating Preservation Month by offering an historic walking tour of a portion of downtown Rochester.

The event, which is free and open to all ages, will take place tomorrow (Saturday May 21st) starting at 10 a.m with coffee served at the historic Conley-Maass building at 14 Fourth Street Southwest. The tour will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will travel north on First Avenue Southwest to the Chateau Theater and will conclude at the Doctors Mayo Memorial amphitheater in Mayo Park behind the Mayo Civic Center, where light refreshments and music will be provided.

The tour will be led by John Kruesel, Judge Kevin Lund and other local preservation experts.
