Rochester is #2 on “Best Places to Live” for 2015

From Livability.com, Rochester has just been named the second best place to live in America for 2015.  The number one spot went to Madison, Wisconsin, although I'm not sure if they'll see the population boom that the Med City will see in the next 2 decades.
