A man who had been living at a Rochester group home is facing a felony assault charge after police say he stabbed another resident at the facility.

Police say the two men got into an argument at the facility Saturday afternoon and during the altercation, 46 year old Douglas Benike stabbed the victim in the arm.  The injury was serious enough to require surgery.  Benike is expected to face felony assault and other charges.
