Rochester Man Charged For Sexually Assaulting Young Girl Dozens of Times
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Olmsted County prosecutors have charged a Rochester man for the repeated sexual assaults of a girl under the age of 10.
38-year-old David Kochen was charged with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct Thursday. The criminal complaint states investigators learned of the alleged assaults during a July 2022 interview with law enforcement.
The victim told investigators the first sexual assualt she recalls happened in the summer of 2015.
She said the assaults continued for the next three years at two residences in Stewartville, a residence in Plainview and during a vacation out of state. The young girl estimated she was sexually assaulted 40 times in Stewartville, four times at the Plainview residence and once during the vacation, according to the complaint.

Kochen denied sexually assaulting the young girl. He’s due for his first court appearance on November 16.
