Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man convicted of sexually abusing two young girls will be 75-years-old before he is eligible for parole from a state prison.

Sentenced Tuesday was 65-year-old Karyl Ingalls.

He was given a 15 year prison term and will have to serve at least two thirds of the sentence before he qualifies for early release. He will also be on conditional release for the rest of his life after serving his time.

Ingalls was charged in 2012, accused of sexually abusing the girls multiple times the year before.

He was convicted of all six counts of 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct by an Olmsted County jury in May.
