Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Olmsted County Attorney Mark Ostrem says the 19 year old being held as the suspect in Monday’s triple shooting in Rochester will not be arraigned until Thursday.

Police took Courtney Ocegueda into custody early Tuesday after an all night standoff in Faribault.

Rochester police suspect he went to the Faribault residence shortly after the shooting that happened around 2 p.m. Monday on a street at the Parkside Mobile Home Park. Three young men were shot and one died. Police Captain John Sherwin says Ocegueda was robbed at gunpoint about 2 hours before the shooting. He says investigators believe the two who robbed him were among the three who were later shot.

Ostrem says his staff is reviewing multiple police reports and he’s not sure at this point if he will file 1st degree murder charges against Ocegueda.
