This past winter was nearly unbearable.  And our Spring is off to a slow start as Rochester set a weather record yesterday when the official temperature failed to reach 70 degrees.  The high temp recorded at the airport was 69, and this means the city has never had to wait this long for the first 70 degree reading of the year - something that should happen today.  The previous record for the longest wait for a 70 degree reading was 1961 when it happened on May 7th.

Come on Mother Nature!  Pretty please?
