Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester woman who was given a stayed prison sentence last year after her 6th DUI-related conviction has been arrested again.

Police reports indicate 32-year-old Agol Mayen was arrested Saturday night in Rochester. A test taken 2 hours later showed she had a blood/alcohol concentration of .17, nearly twice the legal limit. She was arraigned Monday on felony DWI and her bail was set at $100,000.

Court records show Mayen was arrested for felony DUI in February 2019 and given a stayed 4-year prison sentence and placed on probation. Records indicate her earlier DUI-related arrests were in 2008 (N. Dakota), two in 2009, one in 2011 and another in 2018.
