Rochester Woman Assaulted, Robbed While Sleeping
Rochester,MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman says she was robbed of several thousand dollars early Tuesday - while she was sleeping in her home.
The woman contacted police around 2:30 a.m. to report the incident.
She lives in the 900 block of 2nd St SW near St. Mary’s and told police she apparently left a side door unlocked when she went to bed. She says she was awakened by pain and realized she had been hit over the head several times. She also discovered the money was missing from her purse.
