Rochester Woman Says A Man Fired A Gun In Front Of Her Face

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man is facing charges after he reportedly threatened a woman with a gun and fired the weapon in front of her face.

The 24-year-old woman says she got into an argument late Saturday night with 25-year-old Davelle Fox.

She says he pointed a gun at her head and forced her to get into his car. After he drove away, the woman says Fox continued to threaten her.

She says at one point, he aimed the gun outside her window and fired a round. He then drove to Silver Lake and threw the gun into the water. She says he returned her home and then drove to work.

Officers located Fox a short while later and he was taken into custody. A spent shell casing was found in his vehicle.

A Rochester teenager thought the gun was empty when he pointed it at his head and pulled the trigger.
