There isn’t a greater joy than when your kids meet Santa Claus.  I was lucky that none of my three kids ever cried when we took them to the mall to sit on Santa’s lap.   But I’m not sure if any of them would have the guts to just walk up to Santa in a restaurant and sit down beside him, because they thought he was lonely.

That’s exactly what 3-year-old Gracie Wilson of Henderson, Kentucky did when she saw Santa eating alone at a restaurant last week.  She just went up, sat down and started having a conversation with ol’ Saint Nick, who didn’t seem to mind the company.

When Santa asked her what she wanted for Christmas, she said “Baby James”, which was a reference to her as-of-yet unborn baby brother.  She’ll get her wish as mom is due in a couple of weeks.   I’m sure Santa will have a few other surprises for Gracies as well

Speaking of Christmas, don't forget the Y105 will once again be Rochester's Christmas Station beginning Novembe 28th!
