Just a few days ago, we shared a list of all of the pools and beaches in the Rochester, Minnesota area. One piece that was missing though was the opening date for the brand new Aquatics Center in the Med City. That is now been announced!

Soldiers Field Aquatics Center Opening Soon in Rochester, Minnesota

The moment families have been waiting for is almost here...and it is just in time for the extremely hot days that we are about to get with this summer in Minnesota. Opening day was just announced for the Soldiers Field Aquatics Center in Rochester, Minnesota.

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣: The new Soldiers Field Aquatics Center will open to the public Monday, June 10!

“The completion of this community amenity is a monumental day for the City of Rochester and our Parks & Recreation team,” shares Paul Widman, Director of Parks & Recreation. “Thank you to all of the individuals who worked on and made this project come to life, especially the construction team, community partners, elected officials and others who put in the work and dedication to make this facility possible.”
