Spelling Bee Champs Can Even Spell Urban Dictionary Words

The kids who tied for the top spot at the National Spelling Bee just last week prove they can even spell weird words from the Urban Dictionary.  Being able to spell is spelling after all right?http://youtu.be/FZo4HmJzHmY

I wonder if they could even spell words that we just made up?  I would bet they could. What gifted kids!  I thought it was pretty funny.  I made it to the finals in my fourth grade classroom one year, but just in my class.  I can't remember what the word was that took me out of the competition.  I have never considered myself a good speller.  I have however made up words quite often.
