Stewartville, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man who wanted a warm place to sleep Sunday night picked the back seat of an SUV in Stewartville.

He was still sleeping when its owner drove to pick up his wife from work around 6:00 am Monday. The owner did not notice the man - but his wife did and they called 911.

The man was still sleeping when Olmsted County deputies arrived. While waking the man, the deputies found 3 used hypodermic needles near him. They also found a 4th one containing methamphetamine. The man admitted he had taken the drug and more was found in his clothing when he was searched in jail.
