Superman Punch Puts Guy Thru Wall

A few years ago the artist Five For Fighting had a song called “Superman” that we still play on Y105.   I wasn’t aware that there is something in the world of boxing called the “Superman punch”.  The fighter in the clip is explaining how it works with a punching bag.

However the guy in the background is the real star of this video.   You won’t believe what he does to his poor sparring partner.   Let’s just say that after watching this video, even the real Superman probably wouldn’t want to mess with that guy.

(Fun fact:  Do you know what the name "Five For Fighting" stands for?  It's a hockey term, where a player gets five-minutes for fighting).
