T.C. Bear Goes Bronze

Another Twins favorite is going to be immortalized as a bronze statue.  Joining the ranks of Kent Hrbek, Rod Carew, Kirby Puckett, Harmon Killebrew and others is none other than the team's mascot, T.C. Bear.

According to the Twins organization, T.C. has been with the team since April 3rd, 2000 when he signed as a free agent.  T.C. Bear was born in 1991 in Bear River, Minnesota, and currently resides in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

The statue was unveiled at Target Plaza yesterday.
