ST. PAUL, MN (KROC-AM News) - A compromise plan for extending assistance to Minnesotans facing enormous premium increases on health insurance plans this year emerged from a House-Senate Conference Committee on Wednesday.

The groundbreaking for a large expansion project at the Mall of America will take place this morning.  The $300 million development will add a luxury hotel, underground parking spaces and a new mixed-use complex.  The project is expected to be completed by August 2015...
