It's been a familiar brand here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes for over 80 years, but thanks to a recent business deal closing, this name will soon be disappearing from Minnesota.

The announcement email was sent to members this morning.

Less than two years ago, the bank closed nearly 10% of its locations. Now, it is ready to do it all over again.

It's been a familiar brand here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes since 1943, but it will likely soon be disappearing from Minnesota.

Last year the United States saw the highest number of bank closures since the 2008 recession.
