At 16, Emma Benoit tried to end her pain. Her failed attempt left her paralyzed and now she travels around the country to tell her story and inspire youth to keep living. She will be in Rochester on Tuesday at a free event for all to attend where you can learn more about her story and ways to provide support to those dealing with mental health issues.
