As part of the investigation, members of a SWAT Team, Rochester Police Department and the Plainview Police department executed a pair of search warrants in Plainview and a search warrant in Rochester.

A SWAT team was involved in the arrest.

Court documents say investigators found screenshots of photos taken by the camera on the man's cell phone.

The highway was closed for nearly 5 hours.

The crash occurred at an intersection with a gravel road about halfway between Plainview and Kellogg.
