TMJ4 reports that The Couture is a relatively new apartment complex. It is the tallest residential building in the entire state! The 44-story building opened in the spring of 2024. The complex offers one, two, and three-bedroom suites. The building currently sits at around 33% occupied according to TMJ4. But the building is expected to fill up quickly.

The big selling point of the new apartments is the view. From the top floor, you can see the entire city. TMJ4 reports that even from the 8th floor you still have views of the Milwaukee Art Museum, Discovery World, Summerfest, and more. The building also features a pool that overlooks the Summerfest grounds, a transit center is at the base of the building, and golf simulators will be built soon. There is also 50,000 square feet of retail space that will be filled soon.

There is no doubt that The Couture is all about luxury, location, and lifestyle. TMJ4 reports that owners are looking to cater to successful business people, dual-income couples with no kids, and young professionals. You better be successful because rent for the apartments at the top of The Couture will set you back $11,600 a month! Units near the bottom go for around $1500.
