It's Bumblebee!  This guy is a sidewalk performer from Ann Arbor, Michigan.  It took him $800 and five weeks to get 'dressed'... its pretty spectacular.   I bet it was a pretty interesting day for the folks that happened upon him out of the blue.  Check it out...
