The Perfect Pull-Over Proposal

Valentine's Day is Saturday and it's usually a popular day for couples to get engaged. There are a ton of examples of very creative proposals, but it might be hard to top this one.

A policeman wanted to propose to his girlfriend and got members of his department in on the surprise by having one of his fellow officers pull her over for "outstanding warrants". The only thing "outstanding" about this traffic stop was when her cop boyfriend showed up to propose.
