Two people were injured in a wreck north of Rushford on Highway 43 Sunday night.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Chevrolet Equinox was traveling northbound on Highway 43 around 7 p.m. and attempted to make a left turn when it struck a 1964 Pontiac Tempest that was traveling southbound on the highway in Hart Township.

The report indicates that two people were injured in the wreck. One was the driver of the Equinox, 77-year-old Luanne Ronnenberg of Rushford, and the other was the passenger of the Pontiac, 68-year-old Pattoma Moen of Spring Grove. Ronnenberg was transported to Winona Hosptial, while Moen was transported to St. Mary's Hospital, both with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Pontiac, 67-year-old Adrian Moen of Spring Grove, was not injured in the wreck.
