Two Rochester Teens Charged With Rape
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Two Rochester teenagers are facing criminal sexual conduct charges for an incident that happened last year.
Eleven counts have been filed against both suspects, 19 year old Jeylin Smith and 18 year old Akol Chadack. The two are accused of telling the victim they were going to a party the night of November 1st.
The victim - who was 19 at the time - told police the two instead drove to the Meadow Park Apartments complex and took her into a stairwell where they sexually assaulted her.
Smith and Chadack have been ordered to make their first court appearance next month.
